Mental Health 

 It is so important to take time out and relax, whatever it is your going through. For me it is a year since I lost my business. Currently wrestling with cancer again for the second time - this time stage 3 non Hodgkin follicular Lymphoma. Some days I just don’t know where I get the strength from to get out of bed. BUT I DO. And I try and embrace each and every day.
I love to walk and every opportunity I get, I’m off!! For me, walking in the country, with very few distractions allows me to clear my mind. Focus on the big picture and re-calibrate. The sound of the river floating by is very hypnotic and calming. It might only last for ten mins when I walk back through the door and life hits you again, But I find it keeps me sane.  What keeps you sane? Share with me on social media.  Love Mark
